I don't think there is anything quite like fresh produce, and this charming little road side display was hard to resist!

Katie & Chris = Married! (Winona Lake, IN Wedding)

Katie and Chris are one of those couples that you can just tell will be together forever. We wish them all the best, and loved being in Winona Lake to photograph their special wedding ceremony, and the party afterward! Thanks for allowing us to share in such a special time in your life!

Katie + Chris = Sneak Peek

Katie and Chris had a magical wedding day- even though they were already married there was joy, anticipation, and lots & lots of fun!

Rather than do my usual sneak peek, I caught one moment that I had to share. At the end of the evening, the wedding guests released paper lanterns, and here is Katie & Chris, launching theirs into the night.

Katie and Chris, we are so blessed to know you, and so blessed to have been there to share in your wedding day! It was so much fun working with a couple who were already married, and cherishing each other. Marriage has its ups and downs, but we hope images like this will always remind you that the trials are worth the joys that come next!

Things I See... Childhood friends (Warsaw, IN Photographer)

Since I've been working more in film, and building confidence, I requested some volunteers to practice on. I was thrilled that Jamie volunteered, as she's been in front of my camera before & I know she is a great model, but also because it is great to catch up with friends.

Jamie and I have known each other for... well, probably at least 20 years. Childhood friend, then Facebook put us back in touch after years of just bumping into each other every couple years. She is a wonderful person- Wife, Mother of 3, and she was so excited to have the day off child-free, that I almost felt bad taking up her time!

Hope she loves these as much as I do.

Shot some more film and here are the results. I love Winona Lake, IN. My parents live there & I lived there for a while. It's such a great little town, with lots of personality!

Heidi & Paul- Winona Lake Wedding! (Winona Lake IN Wedding Photographer)

There is a saying among certain wedding photographers- "Happy weddings shoot themselves." That doesn't mean you don't need a solid wedding photographer, but rather that you make their job that much better by enjoying the day & events! Heidi and Paul did just that, in their very personal outdoor wedding in Winona Lake, IN. 

 I LOVE the look on his face as he finally sees her!

This guy is known as the Duck Whisper at our house!

While everyone else was partying, Heidi & Paul opted to get a little fresh air and quiet time as newlyweds along the beach.

A beautiful ending, to a beautiful day.
